Teammates Vivian Moore & Eric Trossman pose for a little U.S. Amateur fun as they continue their play in the hopes of a sweet sixteen title. Both active members with the APA for years, they said their
experience here has been like no other tournament they have ever attended. Trossman said, "I can't believe how much this tournament has changed. This APA tournament is classier and more competitive then ever."
Moore agreed, "Last year I was suppose to attend but I was injured during the preliminary rounds so I couldn't go. But I made it this year and so far the people here are the best I
have seen at an APA tournament. Although it would be nice to finish in the Top 10, I think it was just being here with all these players that made my experience out in Las Vegas so great."
Look for Trossman's standings as he tries to advance in the second half of Saturday's rounds. Moore was defeated earlier on Saturday to qualifier Stanley Kempa.
